What are the 3 main components of the ribbon? Tabs, Groups, Commands.

What are the names of all the tabs? Home, Insert, Page Layout, References, Mailings, Reviews, and View.

Where are the group names located? Bottom of the ribbon.

What are the commands?

What is a template? Template something you save and can use anytime you need it.

Why are templates helpful? Easy to access and saves a lot of time.

What is the good thing about styles in office 2007? You can just scroll over icon and it shows you how it looks like.

What are some of the uses for a table in word? To be more organized, for homework.

What are graphics?  How can you use them in word?

What is mail merge?  What can you this for? It is when you write a message and send it to many recipients. Makes e-mailing much easier.

What is document security view? Restricts how people access the document.

Why do you think that office has changed so much? People found out how to improve Microsoft Word and make many shortcuts for easy access.
